Annotation:
After living a buttoned-down life for too long, thirtyish teacher Daisy Spencer moves out of her father's house. Then she takes a young juvenile delinquent, Tommy, into her home. Her father tracks down Tommy's nearest relative, his uncle Walker, a hardboiled cop, and exhorts him to take Tommy off of Daisy's hands. Instead, Daisy and Walker fall for one another as the bemused Tommy interjects wisecracks.
